Exchange & Return Policy

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 
  • If you find that your item does not fit or you would like to Exchange/Return it for any reason, we are happy to help with the process under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange is only eligible on spot the courier is still at your door upon delivery.

Exchange Process

  • Once you inform the courier of the need for an exchange, the item can be returned and exchanged on the spot.

Shipping Fees

  • In the case of no need for the order, you will only be responsible for the shipping fee.

Condition of Items

  • To be eligible for exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when they were shipped.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Some items, such as final sale products, custom orders, or items marked as non-exchangeable, may not be eligible for an exchange.

Refund

  • Refund only for defected items and within 14 days from receiving order.
  • The product should be in its new original state.
  • The refund process takes up to 7 days.
